Andy Burczyk joined Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. on February 12th as Midwest Region Attest Practice Leader and Shareholder. He brings with him more than 22 years of "Big 5" experience in public accounting including Lead Audit Partner - Americas Accounts and Audit Division Leader for KPMG in Kansas City. He began his career at Arthur Andersen. Andy's areas of expertise include financial statement and benefit plan audits, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, SEC reporting, acquisition due diligence, and internal audit and technology risk consulting. Industries with which he has worked include commercial and general manufacturing, consumer products, transportation, automotive, and forest products. As the region's Attest Practice Leader, Andy is responsible for expanding MHM's attest services and promoting quality control and adherence to standards for the Leawood, KS; St. Louis; Minneapolis and New Hope, MN; Chicago; Wichita and Topeka, KS offices. He will also provide accounting and auditing services to clients in the greater Kansas City area. Andy received a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Marquette University. He will office out of MHM's headquarters in Leawood, KS.

Tim Follett joined MHM PC on September 11th as a Quality Control Director. Tim has 12 years of experience in public accounting. His background includes providing assurance and consulting solutions to a variety of industries including not-for-profit organizations, manufacturers, service organizations and employee benefit plans. He has also provided technical support to auditors, implemented new professional standards, developed technology resources, reviewed engagements, assisted with professional education, resolved independence issues and managed internal office inspection processes. Tim received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. He will office out of MHM's headquarters in Leawood, KS.
